No 5 Youth Counselling & Information

No5 is a registered charity which provides free confidential counselling and information services in Nottingham and the surrounding area, for young people aged between 11 years and 24 years.

Counselling is about helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings so that you can then make decisions to bring about change in your life. Some of the issues we deal with are Relationships, Drugs, Alcohol, Bullying, Self Harm, Bereavement, Sexual Health, Depression, Abuse, Eating Disorders and many other issues.
